3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

NXSKIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
Rural & Remote Areas: 6–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

We do not accept returns on delivered products.
We do not provide refunds for delivered products.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp at +91 9928954341 within 7 days of delivery along with the Order ID and product photos/videos.

7. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. NXSKIN shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of NXSKIN and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NXSKIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the purchased product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
