Return Policy

At NXSKIN, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. Therefore, return requests and refunds for delivered products are not applicable.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange only for the following eligible cases:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
