Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange only for eligible cases, including:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, please send a WhatsApp message to +91 9024126287 within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Product photos or video

• Brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, arrange the exchange.

Important Note

• Returns are not accepted.

• Refunds are not applicable for delivered products, except in exceptional cases approved by NXSKIN.
